Last Atlantis Partners SPC Ltd. is a segregrated portfolio company feeder within our master feeder structure. Last Atlantis Partners includes segregated portfolios of the company's internally developed systematic and discretionary strategies, and additional externally managed segregated portfolios to provide investors access to managers that are currently closed or have very high minimums.

This multiple segregated portfolio offering provides investors the flexibility to invest within a single or within mutliple portfolios without any cross-liability from other portfolios within the fund. This structure also affords greater transparency to individual strategy performance.

Master Feeder Structure

Last Atlantis Partners SPC Ltd. is a Segregated Portfolio Company constituted in the British Virgin Islands. The fund allocates assets to various investment managers through a series of segregated portfolios traded by the managers. Certain portfolios are managed by Last Atlantis Capital Management, while others invest with outside managers.
